Product description
PUR-SOFTFLEX FOAM PSF200 is a two-component foaming system with a wide range of possible uses by adjusting the mixing ratios of component A to B. This means that molded parts with different areas of application and degrees of hardness as well as raw densities can be produced using just a single foaming system. The range of uses ranges from soft sword blades to firmer guard and pommel shapes, which are still flexible and therefore offer significantly more possible uses than hard rubber castings. In addition, security is significantly higher.
Due to the short pot life before reaction use and the rapid hardening with a very uniform and fine-cell structure as well as a very good resilience of the end product with good mechanical properties and abrasion resistance with a high elongation factor as well as the excellent properties for further machining (grinding, milling, etc.). Two-component foam system ideal for making padded weapons. Even with the smallest quantities, entire molded components (e.g. pommel, guard, etc.) can be manufactured.
